I’ve led teams and established divisions across multiple countries, including Canada, United States, UK, and Australia. Additionally, I've grown three consultancies and played a role in steering three successful mergers and acquisitions. Throughout my career, I've had the privilege of serving clients in diverse B2B and B2C industries, including notable names like lululemon, Nintendo, Best Buy, Mercedes, Pentax, Loblaw Companies, Princess Cruises, Rocky Mountaineer, and Rogers Broadcasting. And, I wanted more...
While my experiences in the corporate and entrepreneurial worlds have strongly influenced my path, it's my deep passion for facilitating positive midlife experiences that now directs me, propelling me toward an exciting adventure of discovery and change.
My choice to delve into midlife research and coaching stemmed from a simple observation during my time in leadership recruitment—exceptional individuals, those who truly make an impact, often seek the support of coaches. I believe this can be true of people entering midlife as well. Coaching has the potential to help people navigate midlife better.
Recently, I've shifted my career focus away from corporate recruiting, leadership development, and marketing to pursue a new passion—assisting individuals as they navigate midlife and thrive in their second half of life.
At the heart of what I do is the InHabit.Life project, an initiative I founded. It's dedicated to helping people navigate the challenges of midlife and unlock the possibilities of their second half. Through coaching, cohort learning experiences, retreats (which we call "advances"), and therapy when needed, we empower individuals to engage in a community committed to helping people explore the possibilities midlife affords.
